oh yes. i shall talk about my very heroic deed today. had chem remedial. then aneesa, riane and i were walking to the bus stop. and the stupid traffic light outside esso/caltex there wasnt working. it just kept blinkin orange non stop. and riane was jamming the button thingy on the traffic light lah... and aneesa and i were like fussing over gg back to sch to tell the general office. and riane didnt want to lahs ! grr. then finally the kind car drivers stopped for miss riane and she managed to cross the road.

and so. aneesa and i decided to go and tell mdm khoo cos it was the rightful thing to do in case any tkgian would get knocked down. and so we went to the GO. and mdm khoo was there and we told her and she didnt even say thank you lor! so arrogant. hmprhs. eh. we're thinking on behalf of the student body lah. wad if a student were to get knocked down right outside the school, die and somemore in uniform! who would want tt to happen!? shit lors. hmprhs. so ungrateful!

and riane could still laugh @ aneesa's and mine -- our failed heroic deed! snort. and mr yap was just standing there blurly when we came out of the school. damn funny can. and aneesa was like. these are the little birdies living on my porch. how cute can they get... first time in my life. seen a chick hatch and grow into little birdies... :) kawaiii. and the 1st pic is when my maid disturbed the plant, then they thought it was their mum coming for food. and they immediately stretched their neck and tried to reach for the 'food'. haa.

sheesh. life is so stressful. and i sort of slacked the whole day today. thanks to cindy who didnt tell me that our physics study group was cancelled!

anws. abt yest... speech day. sigh. waking up early on a saturday morning isnt a very good idea. was like a zombie sia... go to sch by 0730 then stoned till 0900 till the GOH arrived. shit lahs... and then listened to dear mrs loke-yeo's boringgg speech which made all of us fall asleep. snort. its so superficial. her speech i mean.

anyways. all the ex-teachers came back... mr yeo... mr tan... miss chuan... and mrs gabriel!!! haha. long time no see... but mr deepak didnt come back. haha. ohwells. oh yes. mr teo came back too! and ms ong! and everyone cheered for ms ong...

overall, speech day was super boring. except for the performances i guess. and the very touching speech of mrs kelvyna chan. i miss her man. why did she have to leave TK for ACJC?! nt fair!! i mean... she's so much better than loke-yeo lor.

like 3/4 of the cohort agrees!! or maybe more than tt... gosh.

then talked to mr yeo after that. he finally got a new phone after his virus-infested phone's batt kept running out. HAH. and then... yada yada... oh yes. mr tan was so funny. kris and i were standing @ the canteen sinks there... then he walked past, stopped and stared at me.. then was like. "er... hi mr tan!" and waved. and it became smtg like this.

okay. Japanese prime minister Junichiro Koizumi has apologised over the recent tensions on the textbook issue! yay! im glad that Japan has taken moves to restore peace in the world.

quoting from BBC News- Addressing delegates, Mr Koizumi said: "In the past Japan through its colonial rule and aggression caused tremendous damage and suffering for the people of many countries, particularly those of Asian nations."

well, the destruction and amount of lives lost will not be forgotten, and cannot be forgotten. thus on Japan's part, i believe that they should do something to salvage the situation. and yes, thank you Prime Minister Koizumi. and being a history student, im pleased that Japan is trying to do something. accounting for the detrimental effects Japan has caused China in WW2.

other than that, im proud to announce: 4e6 has won the debate semi-finals!!! yay. and congrats to BiMin who won best speaker! haha. had a feeling she would win, cos she really spoke with dignity and pride and passion. and charisma! haha. like how Hitler would.

yes. and really. our class works miracles. i'm damn happy that we won. esp since the motion was a lil hard and chim. haha.

let's see. i didnt go to school today cos my eyelid was killing me and now i have to worry about matrices and UN stuff. and the skin on my nose peeled cos i was sneezing and rubbing my nose the whole night last night. im so blessed.

oh no.

and i spent half the morning at the polyclinic waiting for the idiotic doctor to see me. almost 2 hrs lor. stupid slow-poke doctor. take so long. hmprhs. and she was like taking her own sweet time of some sort. i cant believe it lors. and came back with some cream and pills for my flu. that's all.

damn pissed lah. but at least i covered fri's SS CA at the pc alr. on housing. so i got the basic facts alr.

anyway. i shall talk about the casino and stuff since its like... everyone's talking abt it now. i really do think sg shd open a casino cos on the long-term basis, it'll do our economy good. moreover, the govt's gonna check up the bkgrnds of those who would like to enter the casino to gamble.

and they're saying its of 100 bucks entrance fee? tt's like whoa. and by 2009 when they complete it, i'll be able to go in and try my luck! wahahahah. like real sia.

besides, there'll be the integrated resorts (IRs)

like the ones in Las Vegas. some Luxor resort with the egyptian theme. damn cool cans! imagine sg having one like tt... and smtg like the Universal Studios? wows. tt'll be nice.

but then, does the govt think sg has tt much space? imagine how big the IRs in the US are. it takes 30 mins just to walk from the carpark to the theme park grounds itself in the Universal Studios in Orlando... and Sentosa isnt tt big either. and if it turns out to be another Escape theme park. it wont be that interesting after all eh?

haha. ohwells. and if they do plan to reclaim more land. there wont be any sea left after sg reclaims all its land all the way to JB and Indonesia.

to those who do not want to be saddened by reading my post. pls dont read on. really.

crap. im just so tired of everything. well. mentally drained as a matter of fact. i feel so discouraged. and mr k ang comes in and tells us a WW3 might probably sprout out before we even get to take our O's. that is, if I will be able to turn 16.
but seriously. it lets us think. think about the conflicts in the world. china vs japan. japan vs n. korea. n. korea vs s. korea. china vs taiwan. another world war. in ASIA. and we, singaporeans, will be directly affected.

i dont know but mr ang just caused that spark to ignite in me. His few statements about the textbook revision in Japan really got me thinking lots. its kind of possible actually. but i don't want it to happen. please. i pray hard that it will NOT happen.

seriously, i hope everyone will sit down and think about the consequences. the lives (civilian lives, mind you) that will be lost and everything else. all gone down the drain.
